This house has two entrances, one on the patio of the big house ( ref. nr H008) ,in case people rent that as well, and one on the west side from the garden to
ensure privacy. It has 3 different levels.
Living room level:
The living area faces south, with doors opening on a private
terrace (4X3 meters) several meters from the ground to provide views from the
hammocks on the castle of Sant Marti. The living room has a sleeping couch for
2 people and a tv with VHS player. The living room has very high ceilings and a
huge window (2,75 meters)
overlooking the wineries and hills with a old “hermitage” on the west
side. This house, although attached to the large house is totally
independent with windows looking out over the wineries instead of into the
patio of the large house. (20 sq mtrs)
Dining table level:
Has a table that seats 4 and glass doors opening to a
private area of the garden with its own dining area. (12 sq
mtrs)
Downstairs:
Reachable with 3-4 steps are a simple bedroom with 3 windows
overlooking the vineyards, simple bathroom and simple kitchen with a microwave
and an electrical double stove. (This level is relatively low so not suitable
for people over 1.90
