When you are looking for a lot of privacy and having the most spectacular views over a unique country side, this house for 4 persons would be the perfect opportunity. You will have 900m2 of private property land, which will ensure peace and quietness so that you can enjoy the beautiful environment of .
When looking for adventure, this property could also suite your preferences because the hills of Kroppach have a lot to offer with regard to sports. You have the opportunity to choose between many beautiful bikes or walking trips, also water sports are popular here because of the river that is situated near the house. There are many typical German villages in the neighborhoods to go out and have dinner or dance. For women it is nice to know that in the village Marienbad there is a Spa where you can relax and have fun outside the house.
The house itself has recently been renovated and has room for 4 persons. It has been built against a hill, so when sitting in the living room, the veranda or the garden you have a beautiful view over the hills and woods of Westerwald.
When entering the living room you have 2 big couches, TV, DVD, Radio and CD player. Also in the living room there is a separate space which is the dining area.
From the living room you can walk into the kitchen which is fully equipped. There is a modern bathroom with a toilet, sink and a shower. At the same floor you have the first bedroom which consists of 2 individual beds. When going downstairs with a stairs you get access to the master bedroom with a double bed. For this bedroom there is a separate baby bed available which is included in the price.
Also good to know is that there is enough parking spaces for a couple cars and they even have a garage for one car. Another arranged thing is that the garden is safe for kids to play and relax because it is surrounded by a fence.
You need to bring your own towels but the sheets and other materials for the beds are present at the house. It is even possible to let the owner do your laundry for little money. The owners are really hospitable and really want you to have a good time at their house.

Oktober - December*: 234 per week
* Christmas holiday period (end of december beginning of January) price per week: € 395
Also weekends (Fri- Sun) and Midweek (Mon – Fri) ends are possible.
