Graceful 60m2 penthouse apartment with spacious terrace in one of Spain's greatest beach areas, L'Estartit.
The apartment overall is very modest but it is in a great location and the terrace is its main asset.
The atico (or penthouse apartment) 60m is on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building without a lift. It is located in the old original part of the village centre of L'Estartit, is close to the port, and is just 50m away from the 5km beach. The large, airy living room has 4 glass doors that open on to the 40 meter terrace with some views of the port. At each end of the living room there is a double bedroom, there is one full bath and one half bath. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, washing machine, coffee maker, juicer, and blender. There is also a television and an iron. The apartment itself is cool in the summer as the awning provides shade to the apartment. The supermarket, restaurants, bars, beaches, shopping, church and the Internet are all within walking distance. The beach parking lot is open year round for the public to park. It never gets full - it is enormous.
Prices are based on weekly rentals and must be rented Saturday to Saturday.
