Agency Fee
Payment of the Reservation Fee should be made via bank transfer or by credit card. The balance of the overall Agency Fee is also to be paid by either bank transfer or credit card, before the Client may sign the Rental Contract and enter the property.
Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until Casamona International has sent a confirmation e-mail and/or an Invoice.
Renting a flat with Casamona
If the Client decides to rent a flat through Casamona, both the Reservation Fee and Agency Fee are to be paid before signing the Rental Contract. Casamona will provide a receipt.
Also before signing of the Rental Contract, the Client must prepare appropriate payments to the Owner (first month?s rent, deposit) and all documentation required (ID, proof of income, bank guarantee papers).
Casamona International will provide an appropriate contract for the Client adjusted to the Owner?s and Client?s requirements.
Cancellation
Please note that the Reservation Fee is non-refundable. If the Client decides not to take the flat after having paid the booking, the Reservation Fee will not be refunded.
If, however, Casamona International should be unable to provide the apartment being booked by the client, then the Reservation Fee will be refunded to the Client in full.
