Management Contracts: What you need to know:

At Casamona we have property management services in Barcelona:

Standard Service Contract:

For the owner who just needs to have Casamona on hand if something unexpected happens

The inscription fee is 500€ + 21%VAT per year  and 50€ per month +21% VAT. For this Casamona takes care of the following:

  • Managing keys – keys are held in the office
  • 24-7 Access to a help list with services (such as handymen, cleaning, specialists, etc.), not the arrangement of these services.
  • Renting out the apartment as quickly as possible – If needed
  • Check in and check outs of Casamona tenants are included. Check in and check outs of tenants are 50€ if not a Casamona tenant or outside working hours (9:00-17:00).

For everything else you want Casamona to do, you need to pay an extra fee which is 50€ as a “start up fee”. If the problem needs more than 1 hour of work from us in total, it costs 50€ per extra hour. The money must be paid in advance directly to the Casamona employees.

Premium Service Contract:

For the owner who needs help with unexpected issues, but know smaller things might need to be checked by Casamona

The inscription fee is 500€ + 21%VAT per year and 150€ per month +21% VAT into the casamona account. For this Casamona takes care of the following:

  • Managing keys – keys are held in a safe at the office
  • Renting out the apartment as quickly as possible
  • Arranging cleaning and laundry service
  • Organize a handyman if necessary
  • Picking up bills and mail
  • Free Check in and check outs of Casamona tenants are included. Check in and check outs of tenants are 50€ if not a Casamona tenant or outside working hours (9:00-17:00).
  • Access to a help list with services (such as handymen, cleaning, specialists, etc.)
  • Monthly check up visit to the apartment by request.
  • 24/7 emergency line to Casamona International.

For additional services Casamona can assist and help with any complications that might occur. This will be charged accordingly with a base fee of 50€ and thereafter 50€ pr. Hour after.

For everything else you want Casamona to do, you need to pay an extra fee which is 50€ as a “start up fee”. If the problem needs more than 1 hour of work from us in total, it costs 50€ per extra hour. The money must be paid in advance directly to the Casamona employees.

Extra: hours of work will be counted and charged accordingly

  • Dealing with electricity company, gas, …
    • This includes: change names of bills and
    • Request bills when tenant ends their contract
  • Go to Ikea and buy furniture
  • Homestaging Service
  • Set up WiFi
  • Create inventory
  • Check inventory, if needed
  • Oversee Minor Renovation projects
