According to recent analysis by agency Lucas Fox, the luxury apartment market in Spain has stabilized over the past six months. These results coincide with predictions of a market recovery in 2016.
From the analysis we can conclude that Barcelona is particularly attractive to foreign investors as they account for nearly 90% of the agencies sales. This was not the case seven years ago when sales prices fell dramatically as a result of the market crash, leaving thousands of properties unwanted and undervalued. However in recent months it seems Northern European, North American and Middle-Eastern investors in particular have restored their confidence in the Spanish property market.
When it comes to investing in a second home, now is prime time in Spain. Here at Casamona we have some amazing deals in luxury apartments, be sure to check them out on our website!
