History

Casamona was founded in 2004 by Tine Mathiassen and Anette Kragdahl; two friends from Denmark. On arrival to Barcelona they began looking for a nice apartment, but became caught in the net that is Barcelona's Real Estate market; hundreds of Real Estate agencies providing a poor variety of service with many unattractive houses.

Tine and Anette decided that something needed to be done! This is the reason why in 2004 they launched Casamona, meaning 'cosy house'; a Real Estate company with an edge; providing a friendly but professional tailored service to both clients and property owners, with an international team and offering the best properties Barcelona has to offer. At Casamona International we have worked hard to earn our reputation of excellence and we work hard every single day to keep it; at Casamona we only advertise properties we would be happy to live in ourselves!

As the name says we are an international team, that is why we are combining the local traditional Spanish spirit with a touristic flavour. Because of this we know why, how, where, what, when to provide you the place (house/apartment/flat) that can fit you the best.
