This rooftop bars will make you feel like a VIP anytime of the day. The ambiance of this bar is similar to that of a club, yet calm enough you can enjoy friendly conversation with your amigos. The plush couches are perfect for large groups to interact with one another. It also boasts a highly-recommended restaurant, with a menu ranging from tapas to pizza. The view is a marvelous cityscape of the Passeig de Grácia areas, famous for the unique architectural styling of its buildings. This terrace overlooks Port Vell and its yacht-covered crystal waters. It also has a great view of Montjuïc and the lifts that could take you there. During the heat of the day, this elevated space offers a great way to catch the breeze from the sea. This another great place to bring groups, as they offer plenty of seating. It’s a good tip to arrive a little earlier during the day if you want to claim an umbrella.
3. La Dolce Vitae at Majestic Hotel
This open-air rooftop bars is for those who want to enjoy themselves in a more sophisticated atmosphere. From this vantage point you can see not only most of the city, but also unmissable destinations such as the Sagrada Família. The hotel hosts musical shows called “Summer Vinyl Nights”, whose next dates are the 11th and 25th of July. It is a highly recommended place to have a drink at noon after brunch. This Barcelona rooftop is a little more welcoming for people of all ages, which often attracts young people. Located above the narrow streets of the Raval, it offers a great escape to get a full view of what the city has to offer. It is possible to have a very good view by walking on this roof. You can even escape the heat by taking advantage of the rooftop swimming pool. You will use this place as a way to see all the sights of Barcelona that you will want to visit personally. But hey, grab a beer and just enjoy the view.
5. La Terrassa at Villa Emilia
This rooftop feels like Spain, with its breadth of warm colors contrasting with woven armchairs and white cushions for comfort. The views are of Exiample Esquerra, but is also very close to the Raval area. The chill atmosphere of this terrace sums up the ambience of the entire city. Go on a Thursday and Friday nights if you would like to partake in their delicious barbeques, but if you miss those days, they have great dinner choices throughout the entire week. Its pretty popular though, and recommended to reserve a table!
