Why Casamona loves this apartment.
So funitures are included if you make an arras this month!
This two bedroom apartment blends traditional Catalan features and modernity to create a very homely base from which to explore Barcelona's historic El Born. Nestled in the district's atmospheric streets, the apartment is a stone's throw from both the Basilica de Santa María del Mar and the popular Picasso museum, and is well connected to the rest of the city by both nearby bus and metro stops.
The focal point of the apartment is the gorgeous open plan living room and kitchen area. The two windows and two french balconies allow the room to be bathed in natural light, and the result is a spacious and inviting living area in which to relax or entertain guests. The flat also boasts two double bedrooms, a walk in wardrobe and storage room, a modern bathroom, and has access to a communal roof terrace which provides breathtaking views over the city and out towards the sea. You have tables and chairs and you can have dinner on the roof! It is a very quiet street and most of the windows are situated in front of the Picasso museum, which mean you have no noise at night and security ( from the museum) which are watching the area all night long. So you are in the center of the city and so secure!
This is a perfect spot for a couple to enjoy everything that the el Born has to offer. with 2 terraces on top to use for all! Last the building has just been renovated and only has 4 owners in total. Very well functional community!
