Casamona, which means "cozy house" in Spanish, was founded in 2004 by two Danish women entrepreneurs, Tine Mathiassen and Anette Kragdahl. Their personal experiences navigating Barcelona's real estate market inspired them to create an innovative new company focused on providing tailored, professional services to international clients and property owners. As Anette pursued new opportunities, Tine has led the company for over two decades, successfully navigating challenges such as the 2008 market crash and the 2020 pandemic. Tine offers internship opportunities to students worldwide, allowing them to gain valuable professional experience and explore the intricacies of the city. Her guidance and patience stand as a testament to her commitment to nurturing the next generation of real estate professionals.
