Casamona, which means "cozy house" in Spanish, was founded in 2004 by two Danish women entrepreneurs, Tine Mathiassen and Anette Kragdahl. Their personal experiences navigating Barcelona's real estate market inspired them to create an innovative new company focused on providing tailored, professional services to international clients and property owners. Since then, Casamona has been committed to delivering exceptional service and showcasing attractive properties, with an aim to redefine the real estate experience in Barcelona.

As Anette pursued new opportunities, Tine has led the company for over two decades, successfully navigating challenges such as the 2008 market crash and the 2020 pandemic. Today, the dedicated international team at Casamona shares a common goal–to help clients find their ideal homes and investment properties.
