Placing offers in Spain with Casamona

Ready to make an offer on your dream property but unsure where to start? We've simplified the process for you.

Ensure you have the necessary documents, finances, a Spanish bank account, and an NIE before proceeding. For details, click here.

Once you have found your ideal property you should contact one of our experienced agents to let them know that you are interested in making an offer.
Share your desired offer, and we'll provide advice based on the asking price and your budget.
Consider the Arras (explained here) and set a date for the Escritura.
Pay a €3000 or 1% of the offer price reservation fee.
We'll notify the seller, who may accept, reject, or propose a counteroffer.
Once accepted, proceed to the buying process. See the next steps here.

** Please note: The Reservation Fee is refundable if no agreed offer is reached. However, if the seller accepts the offer, and all documentation is in good standing, the fee is non-refundable if you decide to withdraw.

Explore our buyer's package, offering support at every stage:

Barcelona property viewings are included in the price (with a signed buyer's contract).
For non-Barcelona properties, a small daily fee (paid in cash to the agent assistant) applies.
We assist in obtaining an NIE number and setting up a Spanish bank account.
Casamona can negotiate the price for a 10% fee based on the reduced amount.
